Housing First is an evidence-based approach that prioritizes providing permanent housing to people experiencing homelessness, thus providing a pathway out of homelessness and serving as a platform from which they can pursue personal goals and improve their quality of life.
At HousingFirst.gr, we believe that housing is not a reward for achieving sobriety or completing treatment programs. Instead, housing is a basic human right and the foundation upon which people can rebuild their lives.
Our model provides immediate access to permanent housing without preconditions, combined with supportive services tailored to individual needs. This approach has been proven effective across Europe, with success rates exceeding 80% in maintaining stable housing.

Medium-term housing with intensive support services to help individuals develop skills and stability needed for independent living. Typically 6-24 months duration.
Direct access to permanent housing without preconditions, combined with flexible, voluntary support services for as long as needed. Our flagship program with proven success.
One of our unique initiatives is the creation of a comprehensive database of vacant and underutilized properties across Greece. Through our interactive map, citizens can report empty properties in their neighborhoods, helping us identify potential housing opportunities.
